The Rich, The Poor, The Missing

There used to be a local Houston consumer advocate that used to say, "It's hell to be poor!" When it comes to cold case murders and the missing, that statement apply's as well.

When a person goes missing, cops are a bit discriminating as you can tell by their enthusiasm when investigating the case. You can research it yourself and be sick as I was.

Police are quick to get a killer to confess to cold cases only because it would close the case and no investigation is needed any longer. New leads are often dismissed as conjecture or conspiracy and put under the table and forgotten. Meanwhile the real killer still runs loose.

Police look at the missing who are poor or have a record as "just another case" or "misdemeanor murders" because they surrounded themselves with the situation that got them murdered or missing. They are not a priority case. When a "well off" person goes missing or killed, they call out the forces and work on it whole heartedly .  You can ask any cop you know.

In the case of Laura Smither, cops are wanting to close the case and charge William Reece. I think they are wrong, this wasn't Reece's MO or style. Laura was found with her throat cut and laid out in a retention pond in Pasadena.

When Reece murdered Tiffany Johnston in Oklahoma he knew he messed up by leaving her body to be found. After he killed Kelli Cox and Jessica Cain, he buried their bodies, hiding them for all these years.  This is just my opinion.

I think the killer of Laura Smither is someone she knew, perhaps someone close to the family. Someone who knew her routine, maybe even a neighbor maybe even someone she went to church with. Hey, her body was found near a church. It was someone that knew that area and knew it well. The killer wanted he body to be found, no doubt. I bet if police searched a five mile area surrounding where they found Laura's body, they will probably find another.

A Possibility?

According to Stallings this girl matches the description of Janet Doe that Stallings told me in a letter. Even down to the age and other details in the letter about her past she told him.
On the left is Janet Doe as drawn by a forensic artist. On the bottom is a picture of the girl when she vanished at 12 years old, on the right is an artist's rendering age enhanced.  Your opinion, email me at researchtexas@comcast.net

Who Do You Turn Too?

That is a question I've heard many times. Where does a relative of a missing person go to when police have exhausted their resources and the case turns cold?

There are Private Investigators and Missing Person Advocates that you can turn to, but who do you trust? There are those out there are in it for monetary gain, fame and publicity, those are the ones to steer clear of. There are amateur sleuths that are out there that play with these cases as well.  There are a few PI's that I trust with these kind of cases and if you need a recommendation please email me at researchtexas@comcast.net  There are a couple Advocates for the Missing that I know are good as well. Note that Private Investigators cost money, they have expenses. But the ones I know are dedicated to really helping.

As an ex-crook I have a unique way of gathering information. I can relate to a convict because I've been where they are at. Some will give me info and some wont, I leave it to them.

I did a total of about twelve years for various crimes since I was seventeen years old. Most of what I was convicted for I deserved, a couple I did not. One crime was a result of an undeleted email that Fox News did a story about and caught a federal agent lying bigtime which in turn got me released two weeks later.

I had two law enforcement agencies ask me for my help with a couple of their cold cases but that didnt go anywhere because they didnt want to pay me a dime. I've not received one donation for the work I have done and its frustrating because I am not rich or well off. Printer ink is friggin expensive.

I found my calling, it is to work these kinds of things. It is to gather the info and present it to law enforcement. What they do with it is up to them. Cops generally dont like help from the public and like to be the heroes, but when a case goes cold, they lay it on the pile of the unsolved and there it will sit until a new set of eyes can review it.

Still working on a couple things right now that is just a waiting game currently. It's all up to the cops to finish it or look into the details when they have the time and manpower. So I sit patiently, like the families do.

Misdemeanor Murders

The gruesome murders of April Eaves and Benna Bowen has bugged me for a while now. Today I found out why Stallings was never charged or convicted. Fort Bend County Sheriff Troy Nells told me that the cases are not cold cases but in fact are kinda closed. They presented the evidence to the Fort Bend DA's office and he chose not to prosecute because Stallings is already in prison for the rest of his life.  They know he committed these murders.

So technically there is no real closure for the families of these young girls all because of a DA and the cost of a hearing and so forth. I wanted to make sure these girls deaths were not in vain.

Even if the families of these girls were not too keen on airing dirty laundry, Stallings should still be prosecuted for the murders.

William Reece was never going to get out yet they pursued the case diligently. WHY? Because Jessica and Kelli were not Benna and April. Jessica and Kelli were "good girls" from affluent families, April and Benna were street girls. Basically, law enforcement treats them as "misdemeanor" murders. Apparently they are disposable girls no one would miss.  The Texas judicial system ought to be ashamed of them selves. The DA should be embarrassed to call him self a representative of the "people". I guess justice only applies to the cold cases of the rich.

This just pisses me off.

Be Wary Of Private Investigators

Wow, it is amazing. Private investigators are taking advantage of a missing person's family when they solicit the family telling them they can help them. This is illegal in the State of Texas, it is a form of barratry which a lawyer and PI are not allowed to do by law.  If you are a "victim" of this please call the state bar of Texas if its a lawyer and if a private investigator has done this to you please call the Texas Dept of Public Safety who oversee's PI's the number is 512-424-7293

Also, there is a lady named Amber Cammack portraying herself as a private investigator and she is not. Her license expired last year and it is illegal for her to do this. She cannot introduce herself as a PI even if she works for a licensed PI agency.  If you have become a victim of this Amber Cammack, please contact the Texas DPS at 512-424-7293  Here is a link to the complaint form:  Click here for complaint form.

Letters From Serial Killers

For those that are interested. I am willing, for now, to send copies of the letters to you. Letters from Brandon Lavergne, Mark Stallings and Edward Bell.

All I ask is that you send me a donation of 50.00 to my Paypal account. I will then send the letters to your email. Then you can see the same letters I got so you can come up with your own conclusions.

I am trying to raise money to get printer ink and fix my car. It has a power steering problem and the rack in-pinion has to be replaced.

You will flip out at the content of the letters and see why I am so pissed off at law enforcement.

I also have available recorded conversations with LE and the FBI who dropped the ball on these cases.

For 50 dollars you will get copies of all the letters.

My Paypal account is:  outforjustice@comcast.net    Make sure to notify me as soon as you send it so I can verify it.

NOTE: No one else has the rights to these letters. Anyone else claiming these letters were written to them is a flat out lie. There are scammers out there. Dont trust them. Especially private investigators.

Also, you cannot share the letters. Keep them close to you heart and start your own investigation and discover what I discovered.
