A Video Synopsis

I made this video briefly running down the reasons why I got into this. I will not stop either. 

These are just a few of the letters written to me by suspects who are in prison for murder and have been suspects in the disappearances of girls in the League City and Houston area. In a few are admissions and even where to locate more bodies, in some they throw little subtle hints on what to look for. Strange how law enforcement wants to sit on these letters isn't it?

We will probably never know because League City police lost or "misplaced" most the evidence as well as the inept Galveston COunty medical examiner. 

I think the Dept. Of Justice needs to investigate the whole department !

Update 12-4-15

Ok, I've been getting way off track. I need to stay away from the conspiracy stuff and get back down to business. I have been listening to the wrong and very weird people. Do I sense there's a cover up? Well yes. But I cant jump the gun and start convicting people on my blog.

I recently discovered that the now "let go" Houston police Sgt Mike Ferguson advised Mark Stallings not to write anyone else about the fields. Apparently Ferguson has ulterior motives to start some kind of TV show called Dead Justice, using the paranormal to solve cases.  He used me and my way of getting information to further his goal. The ones that worked with Ferguson including myself have kicked him to the curb because Ferguson and his weird pot smoking girlfriend Jenna used many people to get info for their ulterior motives. So heads up everyone, if you hear the name Mike Ferguson or Jenna, stay clear of them. They are in this to make money and will use any means necessary to further that goal. 

I will update as much as I can. Please remember to steer clear of the two mentioned above. They are "out there" if ya know what I mean.

All's Quiet

Well, all is quiet here. I am still working on this, just running out of ideas and options. I cant get the help I need to get the word out on all this. I wont give up though. If I can get just one media person to open this story up, this will blow wide open. However when a media person tried to call and get information from a law enforcement source, they are led astray and given a run around. I thought reporters were smarter than that. Let me make this perfectly clear so you understand, THE ONES YOU ARE CALLING AND THE ONES WHO ARE SUPPOSEDLY INVESTIGATING ARE THE ONES COVERING THIS UP!

None of the the LEOS want this information released to the general public. The LEOS are saying that Stallings isnt credible, really? WHy did the then sheriff of Fort Bend say otherwise? Why didnt they charge him for the murders of Benna Bowen and April Eaves - Its a waste of taxpayers dollars because those girls were "just prostitutes". How did all the evidence just simply vanish from the League City evidence room? How did the evidence vanish from the Galveston County ME's office?  Why was a Houston police Sgt who was just simply looking into this with me forced to retire and stop working on it? Why were there two drive by shootings at his house? Why did Galveston County cold case detectives try to intimidate me by showing up at a restaurant where I was meeting with a reporter to show him the letters 40 miles out of their jurisdiction? Why did I have former and current officers or detectives tell me to "watch your back".  Why? Because this runs deep.  I'm not saying that all the cops are bad, I am saying there are these few who are covering this up, afraid of what it will expose. It's going to take a good reporter to expose this and bring it out into the open and that reporter cannot be intimidated or threatened to scare them off. Come on folks, help me with this.

Interesting

Don't you find it strange that everyone is so hush hush about the Texas Killing Fields? Don't you find it strange that law enforcement will lie to the media and I caught them, yet the media doesn't report that?  The general public is so fooled by these people. These are what you call sheep.  I'm not a sheep, nor am I intimidated by their tactics to get me to stop. It's a shame that LEO's who are sworn to uphold laws and protect the public, just sit idly by and or cover for their own.  I'm going to write a book about this, even have the title. No names will be changed to protect the innocent because quite frankly, there are no innocent, except for the girls.  If I make any money out of this, I want to start a non profit that looks into cold cases where the LEO investigation has stopped. LEO's dont want people like you or me to find out the truth, it makes them look bad. They simply want to sit on it and HOPE that no one notices. I think I am the only one who has been doing this for these girls, while others are trying to find a way to make a buck. I havent made a dime on this. I have invested my own time and money into this, no one wants to help. Not even printer ink, sad huh? I sleep good at night knowing what I do is the right thing. These girls have no voice for them that are sincere, they merely look for a way to make money on the killing fields.

Filed A Complaint

I filed a complaint to the State bar against the Fort Bend county DA for not charging Stallings for the murders of Benna Bowen and April Eaves. I imagine the response will be "prosecutorial discretion" which means a DA can make a decision on whether or not to file. Aside from that I will take this all the way and appeal it as well. I believe that he, as an elected official who is supposed to represent the people, should uphold the law, no matter what the reputation of these young ladies were. I will update as I hear something.

08/12/15

Not long ago I got a response about my complaint. They do not find anything wrong for what he did. Again these are "lawyers" investigating "lawyers".  I appealed the decision and now it goes before an appeals review board, again a bunch of lawyers. Stallings is the key into the solving of the Texas Killing Fields.  The LEOS know it and they dont want any part of it because of what will be exposed, The lost evidence, the missing files, the obvious cover up. This is what you would call a real conspiracy, but folks this is real. Do you care? Does anyone else care? Police do not want their botched investigation exposed. They are appeasing the general news media with typical BS. What is funny is that so far they have fallen for it. Whatever happened to good journalist? 
With your help, and with your support I can force their hand. That is the only way this will re-open. Oh they can keep trying to intimidating me into stopping, hey go for it. I havent stopped yet. You all keep your fingers crossed for me.

UPDATE June 8th 2015

Just a quick update. I recently discovered from sources that Fort Bend County detectives and the District Attorney know that Mark Roland Stallings murdered April Eaves and Benna Bowen, and dumping their bodies in Fort bend County. They were kidnapped in Houston and later killed and dumped in Fort Bend County. They are keeping this hush hush and hope that the public doesnt try to force them to prosecute. Their excuse is that since Stallings is already in for the rst of his life, there is no sense wasting tax dollars on a trial, ALSO, opening this up will force prosecutors in Galveston County to pursue charges against him for the Texas Killing Fields. Tax Dollars? Really?  

I dont know if I am the only one that wants justice or not. I see my blog gets a lot of views but no one wants to help. People listen, it takes pressure from the public and the media for them to open these cases back up. I dont think it is a "waste of resources" to prosecute a man who clearly is a killer.  Call your political leaders, and most important, call your local media news stations. Here in Houston these are the local stations. Call them and demand that this story be aired and exposed.

These stations are aware of this coverup but they are sitting on the story at the request of the law enforcement people who are covering this up. They cannot explain the "lost" evidence either. 

So get out there, demand an investigation and force the media to expose this farce. 

MISDEMEANOR MURDERS?

After recent recorded conversations with the lead investigator and assistant DA's and homicide detective, I have found that they treat these girls as "minor" murders. By this I mean they see these girls as prostitutes or drug addicts and they are not on the "priority" list. I get very upset when they speak of these girls in this manner.  According to them, "its a waste of taxpayers money" to charge and take to trial a suspect in these murders, and using a quote "Its just the way it is".  Who's to say who these girls would have been today if they were not abducted and murdered? These girls were someones daughter or sister, these girls were living breathing human beings.  If any of these girls were a VIP's daughter or a rich one, you can bet the case would have been solved and there would have been convictions. But exposing this would bring to light the corruption and screw up's and they dont want that out.  They dont want you, the general public, to know about the "lost" evidence from the property room, they dont want you to know about the accusations of quite possibly, a cop being involved. So the attitude is to just sit on it and let it just blow away. 

I record the majority of my phone calls with officials when I talk about the killing fields. In the state of Texas it is legal to record your own phone conversations. Yes I get them transcribed as well. After working on this since December 2013 and practically handing the case to them, I am ready for the Texas killing fields case to be closed and see the convictions begin. No more of this "good ol' boy" system of law enforcement of doing "damage control" to keep this from getting out to the public.  I fully support law enforcement, I think they have a tough job and are over worked and under paid. But to take an oath to protect and serve is what its all about it. It should not matter that these girls were not important or political. These girls were someone's daughter. I never knew or even met any of these girls, but it has affected me big time when I see the lax way that law enforcement treats the victims and the family's.  Oh they tried to intimidate me and warn me to stop working on this, but I will not. I've got a lot of people behind me on this, people in law enforcement and media, the general public and i need help to expose this even more. It has caught the eyes of politicians as well. I will not give up on these girls, I wont treat these victims as "misdemeanor murders". These lives matter, no matter their past. And one final note to the investigators who want me to stop this, I WONT STOP UNTIL YOU TREAT THIS RIGHT!

UPDATE

I always record my calls when it comes to talking to "officials" or investigators regarding the killing fields. An investigator working the killing fields cases said " We know Stallings is good for the murders of Benna Bowen and April Eaves and may be good for the fourth victim (Janet Doe in the fields), weren't those girls prostitutes?...I can understand why the DA doesnt pursue charges, the guy is already in for life, and there isnt the manpower and resources to go to a trial for a guy who is never getting out, its just the way it is".  
So basically what is being said is that these girls are "disposable"  If they were a family member of mine I would push the issue, I dont even know any of these girls and I am pushing the issue.  We need public pressure on Galveston County and Fort Bend County DA's to prosecute Stallings for these murders, and most importantly, dig up the Texas Killing Fields and find the rest of the bodies. If Stallings admits to killing and lying out the body of that girl in the fields like the others were laid out, who's to say he didnt kill the other three? 

TAKING A BREAK

Taking a break for a little while. Had an interesting talk with Agent Rennsion and gained a bit more respect for him. It doesnt mean I totally trust him, but I appreciate the communication. 

I am trying to steer away from the conspiracy theorist and just use basic common sense. What I put here in this blog is from different sources and of course my own stuff.  I need to review the Stallings letters again and dissect them word for word.  The cops and Feds are too busy to mess with this stuff unless it can be practically spelled out to them. But I will take what I can get and do what I can do.  I will update when I can . I cannot put everything that I have discovered, but I will put tidbits of info here so you can stay updated on my progress. 

For the Victims

IN A NUTSHELL

Ok, for those that dont want to read from the start of this blog, here is a synopsis.

You have a guy in prison named Mark Stallings, a former employee at the Startdust Trail Rides (The killing fields). He is in prison for burglary out of Houston and originally got 20 years. While he is in prison, a girl sneaks a gun into him, he attempts to use that gun, assaults a couple guard and gives up and they add time to his sentence. He is doing about 489 years now. He does his time in administrative segregation because of that and probably will be there for the rest of his life.  I decided to write him and ask him about what he knows about the killings and the bodies found. He writes me 12 letters and in those letters he explains how there were cops involved in getting the girls. The girls were used for these parties that Robert Abel (owner of the property) for guys in the oil and gas industry. When they were "done" with the girls. They would be held underwater with their legs (squeezed until not breathing). Mark's job since he was the youngest of the clique was to basically dispose of the bodies. While Mark is in prison, he contact Fort Bend county sheriff and tells them he was involved in the deaths of two girls (Benna Bowen and April Eaves 18 and 19 years old) and dumping their bodies in that county. They pick him up and he takes them directly to the crime scene and the sheriff back then Milton Wright stated to the Houston Chronicle that "he knew details that only the killer would know" and that they were going to convict him. HOWEVER, since these girls were known prostitutes, the district attorney decides NOT to charge him becuase since he is already in for the rest of his life, there is no sense in wasting tax dollars on a trial.  (Really?)  Of course the not wasting money never made it to the press of course. That info came directly from a Fort Bend county detective. 

So while Mark is there in custody he tells them he knows more about the killing fields in League City. They put him in their custody and he is there for only a short time and according to Mark they did a "180" on him and told him to go back to prison and thanks for the info. It is when he mentions a cops involvement in getting the girls that they send him back to prison. 

So me and an HPD Sgt named Mike, Mike is an HPD Sgt that was also investigating this on his own time, meet with the agent who was assigned the killing fields case named Richard Rennison. We give copies of the letters to Rennison who basically says thanks for the info. Me, I dont trust cops very much and the one thing I confronted Rennison about is that I knew he worked for the League City police department as an officer and was working there during the times of the abductions.  I would think there would be a little conflict of interest there since Mark is accusing a League City cop of getting the girls for these parties. 

Then we discover that all the evidence regarding the killing fields from 1983 thru 1997 simply vanished from the League City property room as well as evidence that was "misplaced" at the Galveston County medical examiners office. REALLY?  In comes detective Pat Bittner LCPD. Bittner was the one in charge of the thing on the LCPD side. Bittner suddenly announces his retirement from the department when we started shaking the tree.  

Then officials in Galveston County and League City announce that Clyde Hedricks who was responsible for the death of a girl named Beeson is connected to deaths of two of the girls that were found in the fields. They claim they had DNA evidence, however when Bittner testified later at the trial, he states all the evidence was lost. (somebody got their lies screwed up) LOL. So then Rennsion goes to Hedricks attorney and says if Hedricks admits to the murders that no additional time would be given. The lawyer said HELL NO.... So now they are back at square one trying to get these cases closed.  

Meanwhile, Sgt Mike, (the HPD Sgt) is getting investigated by their internal affairs and ordered to stay away from the killing fields investigation and cease all contact with me. (He has been on leave every since)  They basically threatened to fire him if he continued to work the killing fields cases on his own.  It was discovered that the files HPD had regarding the I-45 murders had also disappeared as well.  Twice, someone did a drive by shooting at Sgt. Mike's house.

There is a little more to this and of course Mark's letters help put it all together.  Mark doesnt write anyone about it anymore because a League City cop goes to his prison unit and tells him to stop talking about the killing fields and just do his time.  

I will update this blog as necessary. We know there were bad cops involved and the tree just keeps getting more branches.  I've had to take extra precautions to be careful, to watch my back as advised by the "good cops".  The cops are shutting down the media before they can even start a story. Its been that way for years. They are going to cover this up as long as they can. It will take a Dept Of Justice investigation into this to get it out into the open, OR a good journalist who has guts and wont give up.  

Here is another letter Stallings wrote me

This is a one of the letters Stallings wrote me. This is the one where he actually drew several maps pf where 3 more bodies are supposed to be. I did not include them in this post because I dont want to see nutcases going out there digging around and quite possibly, screwing up a crime scene.  Notice that this is one of the letters he talks crap about Tim Miller. He mentions him in a few of his letters and Miller's involvement.  HPD has the original letters. I did manage to get copies before they were turned over to them. The only letter I couldn't get a copy of is the one he talks about abducting and killing those two girls from Houston and dumping their bodies in Fort Bend county. Also the recording of the meeting we had with Rennison when Sgt Mike, his girlfriend Jenna, and the two other HPD officers was mysteriously deleted off Sgt Mike's computer, whether by Mikes girlfriend "accidentally" or on purpose in some way. But what they didnt know was that I had a digital voice recorder in my pocket. LMAO.  Like the letters, all the recordings are stored at a couple safe locations just in case something happens to me. Thats when they will be released to the media.  

If people dont think that Miller is capable of killing, here is part of the transcript from an interview with reporter Brian Ross:

TIM MILLER: And I've got friends right now that would kill you.

BRIAN ROSS: (voice-over) Abel recorded this chilling telephone call from the father of one of the dead girls.

(From tape of phone call)

TIM MILLER: I had a person that was going to come out there and take you out of the stables, and take you to Las Vegas and put you in a sand dune and beat your ass all the way up there, and then just put you in a sand dune.

I wanted to kill him.

BRIAN ROSS: (voice-over) This is the man who made the calls, Tim Miller, whose daughter Laura is one of the girls Abel is suspected of killing. Based largely on what the police are saying about the profile, Miller freely admits he's been trying to make Abel's life miserable.

TIM MILLER: I went out there with a gun.

When I confronted Miller about his cousin Robert Ohly going to Ohio to plead guilty for molesting two little girls, Miller told me "Look here mother fucker, if any of this gets out, you know where we can put a body and it wont be found".  Rmember now, Miller was, at least that what he said, "was" a former meth dealer who was in the Bandidos motorcycle gang here in Texas.  I've got a friend who is confirming if he was or if he was just flying the patch. Miller claims his fingers were "blown" off by lightning twice, but I beg to differ, I think it was a message. Did he rip off the drug dealers, did he turn on his own buddies in the Bandido's? Lightning my ass. 

Robert Durst

Well it appears or so it seems that Robert Durst was a predator. He lived in Galveston and has family in these parts. Just for the heck of it. I contacted the detectives in NY regarding the Janet Doe in the killing fields. It may be nothing but it doesnt hurt for them to check it out. This Kathleen Durst who is still missing since 82

This is a clay reconstructed piece of the Janet Doe found in the killing fields. I dunno, but it didnt hurt to ask. They will be checking it out.

I got an interesting letter from Lavergne regarding this young lady. This PI was trying to get a copy of it but I finally figured what her ulterior motive was, MONEY!  These PI's are worse than wreckers at a car accident. The real police have the letter and are working on the subtle hints he gives. Should be getting a letter any day now from Ed Bell and Hedricks.  Interesting characters. Bell's letter writing rambles out with little hints here and there. Here's something that makes me wonder,  Robert Durst was a predator that lived here in the Houston area. HE was heavy into real estate...hmmmm  I am working on this scenario now...will try to update.

March 17th, 2015

Its been about 15 months since I've taken this on. Hard to believe this much time has passed. To think it all started with calling the cops about a homeless woman living in the woods near my home. Then the contact with that HPD Sgt. then the talk and eventual letter writing to Stallings. He wont even talk to anyone anymore for fear of incriminating himself any more than he already has. I watched the movie called the Texas Killing Fields but it shows the bad guy getting caught when in reality no one has been charged with the killing fields murders. It's funny, I still have copies of Stallings letters including the map he drew of where more bodies are supposed to be. I am so damn tempted to drive out there and just start digging,  However I want to live a little while longer if you know what I mean. I have copies of all except one, HPD wont return the original back to me even though it was addressed to me. What are they trying to hide there. But thanks goodness Stallings mentions it briefly in another one of his other letters which is good. 

Look I write this not because I'm a conspiracy nutcase or anything like that. I do this to have something "on the record". Private investigators have tried to get their paws on these letters but the only ones that have them are a few law enforcement people and me. I doubt seriously they would release these to anyone citing "active investigation".

Now this is supposed to be evidence right? Well come to find out that the League City police department wanted to share this letter with another department in the area. Instead of making a copy and doing a "chain of custody" like it's supposed to be done. It was mailed to the other department only to be supposedly "lost" in the mail. All that was kept was a copy that was made before sending the original. Really?? SO there goes any hope for finding "trace evidence" or DNA on the letter and envelope. Was it an accident??? Was it on purpose??

There is so much that is screwed up about this investigation it will make you sick.

Something to note. It's all about game and misleading the press and the public. When the Clyde Hedricks murder trial was going on it was testified I believe by Rennsion that they had DNA evidence linking Hedricks, HOWEVER, when Detective Bittner testified, he stated all the evidence from the killing fields cases from 83 to 97 has disappeared. Why would they mislead the public and press like that? They tried to get Hedricks to admit so they could close these cases that's why. Then Miller files a bogus lawsuit again Hedrick, who told him to do that? Bittner? It was shortly thereafter is when Bittner "retired" from the department. Now he cant be forced to testify as a cop. Now he can plea the 5th because he is now a civilian.  Maybe a trip to Costa Rica? LOL It's all coming together and the right people have this information. It all centered on the Texas Moon Club, be it drugs, prostitution what ever. There was money there and alot of it.  They agreed not to prosecute Hedricks even if he admitted to the other Killing Fields murders. This even threw his lawyer for a loop. It's starting to unravel now and folks will be heading for the hills......if they are smart. Or they could come clean, clear their conscience and tell the truth to avoid prosecution. You can only cover someones butt so far. Eventually the truth comes out and cops of all people should know that.  All it takes is a few intelligent people to put this together.

Update 3-11-2015

After going through a bunch of pictures, I finally found the cop who followed me and the reporter in Walgreens here near my home. Here is his picture, he's the guy on the far left. It is Tommy Hansen. He works "cold Cases" and doesnt get paid for it. He is retired.

I've backed up and stored all the files and documents I have regarding the killing fields and gave them to two friends just in case something happens to me. I hear things if ya know what I mean. Keep your fingers crossed...

I am going to slow down my entries until there is something relevant to post. What you've read here on my blog is about 20 percent, I seem to have gotten some people interested into looking into this. I dont get paid for this. Unlike private investigators whose sole purpose is to try and get information from me so they can make a buck. I caught one a couple days ago trying to fish information out of me LOL. He was emailing me for info, and by the time it was over, I had his company name, his name, where he lived in the north side and where he moved to League City. If you are concerned and support me though this, it would be nice to get a nice email like that. I do this for the girls, for the families, and believe it or not, for justice. Not all cops are bad, but you have to watch yourself out there. It's easy to ignore a car on the side of dark highway, when it could be someone in trouble or needing help. We as humans on this earth are all supposed to look out for each other, thats the master plan. We're only on this earth a short time, so lets be nice, lets be caring. League City Texas

This is a quick list of unidentified that were found in the area. How can these girls remain unknown for so long. Is someone not doing their job?

Whats interesting is that these girls could have been the victims of Drew, Stallings and Edward Harold Bell. I wrote Bell and he sent me a very cryptic letter...I am still trying to put it together and  make some sense of it. I will update. 
I am waiting to hear back from Lavergne, the guy in prison in Louisiana, Lavergne is the suspect in the disappearance of Ali Lowitzer and is currently in prison for murder there. 

NOTE:

Be careful what you put out here for all the world to see, especially on sites like Websleuths and so forth. There are pepople out there with ulterior motives who are PI's or Search Team members who try to get credit,, (and money) for your hard work.  If you have information, deal directly with the reporting police agency.  I did notice on a few occasions where Miller tried to get credit for finding a body when in fact it was not his group that found the victim.  

My next mess:
Once this killing fields stuff is over wit, I have info on a single person connected to the deaths of three women here in the Houston area. This suspect is dead now and supposedly was a retired Houston cop.  But its starting to come together....wish me luck. 

Here is something for you. This is one of the letters from Mark. One of about 12 letters. No mind you, League CIty PD said he is not credible, even though they knew he was good for the murders of 2 young girls abducted from Houston and their bodies dumped in Fort Bend county...really!?

Not much going on here

It's sad that people choose to ignore the obvious truth. It's sad how the majority of society want to continue let it be swept under the carpet.  Am I the only one that actually cares what happened to these girls?  I've never had kids, but I'd be going nuts if this were one of my kids. Has society grown so hard to the violence that it just doesn't phase them anymore? I sit here looking at some of the pictures of these girls and I wonder what they did that was so bad to have this happen to them. I also have a new opinion on reporters and journalists.  No one wants to do anything UNLESS it happens to someone they care about. Well, aren't we all supposed to care?  These are fellow humans, flesh and blood, taken from this life too early by a nut case or nut cases. Am I the only one that is outspoken about the shoddy police investigation and coverup? I seem to be. I put my name out there, risking my life to expose all this. These are very bad people involved, am I the only one with the guts to stand up for those who cant? 
It takes individuals, people like me, who actually give a damn about a person. Who actually cares about the truth. It's fucked up, years ago I was a hoodlum, a criminal. Paid my debt and move on. I've chosen to put away that lifestyle and do good. To make a difference. It's now that I realize how chicken shit people are, how cowardly they are. Too scared to stand up to the truth. 

I wish I had the money to buy the property the ranch sits on. I want to find these girls, then I would make it into a memorial park. A memorial park for the victims. Whats sad is that the girls aren't the only victims. It's the families that are victims, the GOOD cops that are victims, the few people like me that are victims. Those who try to expose the truth that are victims. The ones who idly stand by and choose not to do anything about it are just as bad as those who killed these girls. You know who you are.  I hope you sleep well at night.

No new updates

Well, I still continue to put the pieces together. I'd like to know where all the evidence disappeared too. Not one journalist seems to be interested anymore and most are intimidated by the police. How stupid can they be? You know whats sad ?  These girls were not famous or perfect angels. Most were of questionable character, but they were still someones daughter or a sister. What would they be like today if they didnt fall victim ?  Police continue to cover this up, and the general public doesnt care! I suppose the only time they would care is if it happened to one of their family members. Thats sad. 
What is also frustrating is that journalists accept law enforcement's response. Are they that ignorant? Cant they read between the lines or is it too much work for them?

These girls deserve a voice. The remaining girls deserve to be found. And most important, the one who did it and covered it up deserve to be punished. 
I WILL NOT give up on this. I will not be intimidated by law enforcement.
