FUNDRAISER'S?

Ok, is it me or is there something weird going on? I noticed there is another "fundraiser" for the missing girl Ali Lowitzer, what exactly is this for? There is already a generous reward for the girl who went missing 6 years ago. What exactly are the "funds" at the fundraiser for? Is it for seedy "private" investigators taking advantage of the situation?  With the huge reward already offered, I believe someone would have come forward by now. 

These are just my opinions, but this was brought to my attention by someone else and noticed it on the Facebook site.

Granted, investigating things are costly...but here I manage to get three serial killers writing me with crucial evidence, get some TV coverage. And inspired detectives to look at new leads. I did all this without being paid a dime.  Imagine that! LOL

SO let me warn you ahead of time about these "fundraisers". This is typical stuff where private investigators take advantage of families of the missing claiming they need it for "expenses". A smokescreen people.

I dont really endorse anyone, but if I wanted to give anything to help locate missing people it would be organizations like Texas Equusearch. They actually get their boots dirty and go out and physically search when called upon. Here is their link:

I Wonder?

I had to go back to my old calendar and found that I wrote William Reece back on December 15th. Just like I told Bell, Stallings and Lavergne I told him he needed to "man up". I told him he was probably never going to get out. That the families needed some closure.

Every person, even killers have a conscience, even though it may be hidden by the evil, deep down they have a conscience. 

I told Reece like I told the others, "I dont care how you did it or why you did it, this needed to end, you need to man up and accept the fact you are not getting out, you need to let the families of these girls have some sort of closure". 

I wrote him a couple times. I am hoping that the letter on December 15th got to him, especially mentioning the holidays and all that.  I am going to write him again and let him know that I respect him for "manning up" and doing the right thing. 

Something Of Interest

Just heard that Texas Rangers, La Marque PD, Galveston County and HPD are digging at a location near Beltway 8 and W. Orem.

Will try to see what's going on

UPDATE:

Just discovered that the suspect in Jessica Cain's abduction named William Lewis Reece has been temporarily released from TDCJ. That may explain the guy in handcuffs at the scene where they are digging. 

My Take Regarding The Stallings Interview

Because of time constraints, they only had so much time to put together the story. There are some things that were not mentioned:

Stallings writes that several girls were killed at Robert Abels house in League City. (Not at the ranch) He stated the girls were held underwater and squeezed till the air bubbles  stopped.

He writes on how to dispose of a body. He says you cut the stomach open and you put the body in a barrel, you fill the barrel with pure crude (which there was at the ranch). He said you bury it about 4 feet in the ground, then he goes onto say to locate it, you just look for where the barrel cracked and seeped oil to the surface or look for the dead spots.

He writes about a League City cop that was getting some of the girls. 

He also told of the guy who was the one who provided the drugs for the parties and this person is very well known. This person admitted at one time to the newspaper that he "dealt more dope than Galveston County will ever confiscate".

No one can give a good explaination of where all the evidence disappeared to from the LCPD evidence room, and the missing evidence from the ME's office.

A couple calls to officials refer to a couple of Stallings victims in Fort Bend County as "only prostitutes"....and that it comes down to resources. How they see it, why waste tax dollars on these victims since he's already in for life.  Really?

There's a lot more in the letters, a lot of personal stuff, but I have no doubt in my mind that he is good for more than just Janet Doe, April Eaves and Benna Bowen.  

UPDATE

Had a private investigator friend check out the motel where Stallings said he and the girl got high. Found a female resident there who I wont name now, but she was living at the motel at the same time Stallings got his girl there. Her drivers license was deleted in 92, our Janet was found in mid 91. She had an arrest in 77 in Harris County for Liquor Violation and an arrest in Galveston County as well. 

She dropped off the face of the earth in 91 so keep your fingers crossed. i will update. 

Oh, and she is NOT on the social security death index either. I hope its her so we can close this green eyed girls case and give her name back to her.

Stallings knows he messed up. He wanted to back out at the last minute and didnt want it to air. I've gotten a couple letters from him before trying to back out at the last minute. I think reality sets in for him. 

I told him to not talk to any other media unless I give them my thumbs up so to speak. KHOU is the only station that had the guts to air this. I told Mark that too. 

Know this, he is "out there".  I do believe he now knows he messed up and will try to clean it up. His moods change like the weather, even in his letters.  If you decide to write him, remember never to give him any personal information. He is not stupid.

Believe it or not, I found the motel where Stallings met Janet Doe. I will update once the right people have this information.

UPDATE 2-7-2016

I believe I may have found the identity of our Janet Doe of the killing fields. I am working on a couple things to confirm, please keep your fingers crossed. 

Many have tried to play me for information and have tried to gain my trust but I know what they have been doing. The only one's I share this "information" with are actual LEO's involved in the case.  PI's and ex cops and their girlfriends are in this for the money and personal gain only. Please do not trust these people. 
As I said earlier there will be a big announcement regarding the killing fields, you saw it here first. People have tried to discredit me and all that, but the fact remains I have been doing this for twenty six months. It pisses me off that folks have tried to intimidate me into stopping and threats of arrest and then there are those like Mike Ferguson and Jenna who are in it solely for monetary gain. 
I have NEVER been in it for the money, but if it is there then great, it would help me out a great deal. I have been and will continue to do this because its just the right thing to do. I ask all ex cops, all private investigators to remember that you were human once, pretend that you actually give a damn. To all law enforcement and former law enforcement folks, lets close this once and for all. You haven't heard the last of me and it would be in your best interest to solve these cases and quit pussyfottin around. The general public is going to be made aware of law enforcement's treatment  of cold cases involving the death and disappearances of people and how you treat them as "misdemeanor murders".  They cannot arrest me for with holding evidence. As I was told by a famous investigator who made inquiries about the Texas Killing Fields and me, he said " It sounds like they were trying to hang a case on your ass". To get me to shut down that's it.  
I am an ex-crook from the old days. I spent several years of my life associating with some of the most sadistic killers and nut cases and played chess and dominoes with them. I listened to their stories. Most of which in my past I deserved, some things I did not, but all that is water under the bridge. If you want to judge me and my motives, go to hell. I'm not here to impress you or be your friend. Why dont you take a look at the skeletons in your own closet.
