Coincidence?

Is it a coincidence that both William Reece and Mark Stallings worked on Robert Abels property? Is it a coincidence that they both happen to be on the same prison unit in TDC in 1998?
One thing is for sure. Police are being very tight lipped about the whole Reece thing. The different digging going on in the area.
Reece was one of the guys I wrote. I wrote Reece a letter back on December 15th 2015. I told him who I was and that I had been writing several suspect in the killing fields murders and the missing girls in the area, in particular Jessica Cain. I told Reece that Mark Stallings was opening up about his involvement in the murders and told me to where find more bodies, Stallings even drew me a map. I told Reece he needed to man up and quit being a punk. I said to him that he was never going to get out, lets get these girls found so the families can have some kind of closure.
Along with Stallings, I have corresponded with Edward Harold Bell and Brandon Lavergne.
Stalling mentions in one of his letters a partner he had when he killed the two girls in Fort Bend County that he had picked up from the Montrose. April Eaves and Benna Bowen. I am wondering if the partner he is talking about was Reece? It could be, afterall Reece and Stallings both worked on Robert Abels properties.
Here is an excerpt from the Houston Chronicle about the two girls in Fort bend County.:

Stallings was brought to the attention of League City police by Fort Bend County sheriff's officials, to whom he had written during the summer and claimed to have information about some murders in that county.
"Some of the details in the letter suggested he had to have more than knowledge picked up from the media," said Fort Bend County Sheriff Milton Wright.
"Investigators and Texas Rangers visited with him in prison and brought him to this county for about a week," Wright said. "He took the Rangers and our detectives for some drives, pointed out some places, and it became apparent that he knew what he was talking about."
The sheriff said that, although physical evidence is lacking, charges against Stallings are likely for the April 1986 slaying ofBenna "Bea" Bowen, 27, and the June 1989 death of 18-year-old April Eaves.
"He's convinced the detectives that he legitimately was there at the time," Wright said. "There are details that only the investigating officers or those close to it would know. He had some of those details.
"He also led them to the scene, which is not an easy scene to find since it was out in a pasture. The area had changed considerably since the time the murders occurred and when he was back here, he was still able to take them back there."
Eaves' body was found in an abandoned mobile home near FM 1464 and Old Richmond Road. Bowen's body was found in an undeveloped area of the county known as Park Westheimer.
Both women, described by authorities as crack cocaine addicts working as prostitutes in Houston's Montrose area, were strangled.
Stallings showed no remorse, Wright said.
He added that Stallings, who has been in and out of prison since 1991, also gave detectives information about other unsolved murders in the county.
When Stallings, originally from the Seguin area, was about to be returned to prison after speaking with Fort Bend officials, he mentioned that he also has information about the League City killings, Wright said.
Stallings also drew three maps. Two of the killing fields and where there are supposed to be three more bodies. The other map was Robert Abel's other property in Bellville and a particular area on that property that Abel warned him to stay away from.
In my opinion, this partner that Stallings is talking about is William Reece.
I cant put all the information here. There are a lot of people trying to get this information from me. In total Ive gotten about 16 letters from Stallings, two from Brandon Lavergne and a couple from Edward Bell.
What I find absolutely insane is the way police handle these cases.
If you notice, nothing is mentioned about the girls missing that were drug addicts or prostitutes. Cops refer to them in their work as "misdemeanor murders". Of course they will go look for the killers of "good girls" especially with those whose families have money.
I record all my calls when I talk to law enforcement folks about these murders and it would flip you out. The intimidation tactics they use on me does not slow me down. In the words of a very well known law enforcement person who I talked too. "Jim, they had a big meeting about you and those letters, and it sounded like they were trying to find a way to hang a case on your ass......watch your back".
I have also noticed, when I started this, that the different agencies working on this do not totally cooperate with each other. Everyone wants to be a hero! They try to discredit me because I am an old crook. Let them try. But those who know me, even cops, know that I am on the level and I am doing this 100 percent with their blessings. I had a detective from one agency ask me if I would help him with a couple of their cold cases.
All I can do is keep trying to get information and keep trying to put this together, pretty much doing this alone.
If you or anyone you know has information about any of these missing girls or their murders, please contact me if you want to remain anonymous, otherwise, contact the law enforcement agency handling the case.

UPDATE!  3-29-16

Reece is supposedly leading investigators  back to Galveston County to the original killing fields location to show law enforcement where two more bodies are supposed to be.  Reece is trying to avoid the death penalty in Oklahoma.
This is huge news. It is also being said that Reece and Mark Stallings worked together. That makes sense since they both worked for Robert Able. SO apparently Mark was telling me some truth's about where more bodies are in League City, he even drew me a map of where the bodies are. Investigators have had these maps for quite some time. Go figure right?

Will update when I can!

UPDATE- 3-28-16

Ok, I put this together. We already know that William Reece worked on Robert Abels property which means He and Mark Stallings had to have known each other. I also discovered from TDCJ that Reece and Stallings were on the same prison unit called the Holliday Unit in Huntsville Texas. There are dormitories there, around 66 to a dorm. I am wondering if Stallings and Reece met up back there in prison and compared notes so to speak. Could Stallings be trying to confess to a few of the Reece murders? Did Reece tell Stallings about his escapades and Stallings is trying to get credit for them?

In one of Mark Stalling's letters, he talks about some kind of underground bunker about 240 miles from Houston where there were girls chained to a wall, well about 240 miles outside Houston is Denton Texas, the same city that Kelli Cox turned up missing.

So many questions and possibilities.
Were Reece and Stallings working together?

Will update when I can...

A Discovery!

Thanks to a loyal follower I found an article connecting William Reece and Robert Abel. Abel who is now dead, was the owner of the killing fields ranch in League City where four bodies were found.

Now if I can connect Reece and Stallings that would be great. Apparently Abel owned some property near Alvin which is in Brazoria County. The news stated that Reece is leading detectives to a property in Brazoria County now after he lead officers to human remains near Beltway 8 and Orem in Houston.

I also wonder if Reece went by the nickname "*** ***" that Stallings mentioned in a letter about killing those two girls in Fort Bend County.

This looks to me like a little clique that went around killing girls. Talk about some sick people.

Here is a copy of the letter Miller got supposedly written by the killer or killers. Apparently League City police "lost" the original. Not to mention other evidence that was "lost"

Please Promote This Blog

Like you, I know there are many that follow my blog in the interest of justice and closure. I've gotten a few decent responses from media and writers but I want this blog to go viral.
The injustice and cover up regarding the Texas Killing Fields and the Missing Texas Forty needs to be out there. For too many years these cases have sat idle.

If any of these people were VIP's or a person who's family was rich, the cases would have been jumped on and already solved. The fact is, these missing people, young and old were just regular people, some with criminal past, a few that used drugs. To me, it doesn't make them less human.

I've been doing this for about two and a half years. I almost fell into the conspiracy stuff a time or too. I have been doing this all at my own expense. Never receiving a donation or any help like that.

I've gotten fantastic information not only from the suspects themselves, but from family and friends of the missing or murdered people.  Of course, I dont put everything or all the information on this blog. Some things are best not put out here. But what you see on here is a small percentage of the information I've gathered regarding these cases.

There are some that want to discredit me, but the fact is, I am very credible and I have recorded the phone calls with law enforcement that prove it. They wont admit publicly that I am exposing the truth. But in private, they warn me about stepping on toes and pat me on the back for not backing down.

I need your help folks. The only way to seriously expose the truth is to get this blog out there. Out to every local and national media source, the talk shows, the news magazine shows, all of them. The ones involved in covering this all up dont want you to do that. They dont want folks to know how they have screwed up all these cases, how they lost and mishandled evidence. Good law enforcement folks tell me to push on and not give up, that eventually this will be heard. These good law enforcement folks dont judge me.

Thank you for reading and following my blog. Please get this information out there. Call and email every journalist you know about. This is hard to do this alone.

Thank You

Sad Times

I was thinking today about the sad ways or our world today. When I was growing up, they had no reason to have "search teams" to look for bodies of missing people. It's just the way our times are now.

But what ticks me off is that it's not trained law enforcement doing this. Police often rely too much on these volunteer search groups that have become lucrative businesses that get corporate sponsorship for the purpose of finding the missing. However, most these groups have turned into money making businesses. With a director of the search team organization paying themselves a hefty salary then solicit the help of "volunteers" to do all the work.

Every major city should have trained police investigators trained in forensics and missing persons who sole job is to be the boots on the ground. The ones doing the actual searching should be police officers, not civilians.

A Lot of these "volunteer" search teams have compromised crime scenes. They have stepped over evidence.

These searches are generally supervised by an investigator. Then they rely on what they hope are volunteers to follow directions.  A Lot of these search groups play detective, when they should only be searching. That's why I think it should be trained law enforcement people ONLY doing the searches. Let the volunteers put up flyers and go door to door.

Local politicians need to petition the State to allow the funding for such teams for every major police department and county sheriff.

It makes me angry that law enforcement has to rely on civilians to do their job. Big city government takes advantage of the "free" search groups. While the search group higher ups get paid a salary an are classified as a non-profit org.

A bill needs to be introduced to have police do the work. Have trained police officers do the foot searches. The states have the money to do this, but as long as they can get away with not paying anyone to do the dirty work, they will continue to do so.

It's just sad that today we need to have groups like this.

If this is law, why does the FBI pick and choose only what they think is worth investigating instead of going by the law?

For example, when little Laura Ayala went missing in 2002, I didn't see the FBI scrambling to work the case. Research it all for yourself. It is very discriminating.

Regarding The Ali Lowitzer Case

I'm not here to get brownie points from anyone. I'm not here to seek money or anything from anyone. If it's there great, if not...thats ok too.
My objective is to get closure, my other objective is to expose corruption. I have a thing about private investigators who take advantage of family members of the missing. In this particular PI is Amber Cammack.

PI's are generally in it solely for the money, nothing more. Amber Cammack;s license expired last year according to the Texas DPS website. When I pointed that out to Ali's Mom she got pissed and told me to stay away.

According to the page, there is another "fundraiser" regarding Ali. Really, there is already a 25 thousand dollar reward. What exactly is this "fundraiser" for? Ali has been missing for six long years. The current reward would have most certainly generated tips by now.

My take is this, fundraiser for the PI.

I talked to several PI's about Amber and none of them had anything good to say about her. Mind you, these are "licensed" PI's with good reputations.

I recorded a call I had with Ms. Cammack and let me tell you, it was interesting. So interesting that the Harris County Sheriffs office want to hear it.

Brandon Lavergne, one suspect in Ali's disappearance told me how he filed a federal lawsuit against Amber's right hand MAN...we all know who that is.

Oh and Amber, Brandon tells me things too...LOL

I also got it on good "authority" that Amber even called a family member and said she was a reporter trying to get information...really?

I think Ali's Mom was somewhat brainwashed into believing in Cammack. Its a case where someone at their weakest moment will cling to the one that "appears" to care the most. It's not her fault. We all listen to the wrong people sometimes.

I use a no nonsense approach to things. I never charge people for anything, and Im good at what I do. I dont need a license to make inquiries, to file FOI's, to get things put on the news.

It does however, piss me off when I see someone taking advantage of a person in dire straits.

I hope they find Ali I really do. In all reality I think she is dead. Statistics will tell you that. One day they will find her. Rest assure that any info that I happen to get goes directly to law enforcement, not to a so called private investigator.

BTW let me throw this in here: Off Texas DPS Website.

A Spot That Needs To Be Searched!

It is frustrating as hell when you know of a spot that needs to be thoroughly searched, dogs etc...and all law enforcement does is basically say "thanks for the info"...

Its a spot less than a quarter mile from where they found Laura Smither's body. It's where I found a bag of clothes and a couple bras and panty's hanginf in this trees.

I would like to find folks to volunteer to search this area, cadaver dogs, all of it. I first found this spot back in 2003 and its grown quite a bit, thorny bushes etc...and chiggers too. But it's been bugging me all these years.

It's not "posted"

If interested, please email me.

UPDATE

3/20/2016

I received information that "Rape Trees" were very well known on the border. Its where the women were forced to disrobe and then they were raped and forced to hang their underwear on the trees. It was pretty much a sign to the other coyotes that this territory belonged to them. However I also heard that this area has never been thoroughly searched. I think because of the proximity to where the body of Laura Smither's was found, that police would be interested in  doing a through search of this area. It is an excellent spot to dump something and not be seen doing it. I think in this case, law enforcement is just too lazy to actually do something about it. My gut tells me something or someone is back there, but its hard to convince police about intuition or feelings. One day a good cop, not a lazy one will take this serious and do something about it.

FRUSTRATED!

I think Reece is full of it as far as "leading" them to the location of Jessica Cain's body. In 2003 I remember a spot I looked at to send searchers too. It was off BW 8 south, almost directly across from where they found Laura Smither's body.

I told them then when I first got there, I found a garbage bag with freshly washed top, pants and some sandals. I could tell they were just washed because when I cut open the bag and smelled the clothes, they smelled like they were washed. I walked towards the west from there because I saw a clearing through the woods. It was about 12 feet into the woods then there was a circle clearing about 50 or 60 feet in diameter. Hung in the trees in this clearing were a few bra's and panties hung in the trees.

I told them about it then and I recently told them again. Yet have heard nothing back. I guess we will never know unless someone goes in there with machete's and a shovel and ground penetrating radar and perhaps a cadaver dog.
