William Reece Indictment Today

I saw on the news today that Recce was indicted for Jessica Cain and Laura Smither's murder. I honestly dont think he had anything to do with Laura's murder. 

When I wrote him back on December 15th of last year I told him to "man up" etc...  About a month later he leads officers to the bodies of Jessica Cain and Kelli Cox. (He buried them)  When Reece killed this girl in Oklahoma he messed up and left her body in the open to be found. When he came here to Texas and killed, he learned to bury the bodies and bury them fast. Why didnt he bury Laura's body?  He learned his mistake in Oklahoma. I dont know, it just doesnt add up to me.

Something to note: Laura Smither was found off BW 8 in Pasadena, (Harris County)  Jessica Cain was last seen in Webster and body found in Houston. How can Galveston County indict for murder when they werent committed there?
